hi, i am just new here. just installed emule 0.48a. My problem is that everytime I open emule it opens also a webpage such as firstload.de, webcammunity.de or alphaload.de. it is really irretating. it think every 10 mins it keeps opening these webpages. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME? THANKS! |

I run vista, and I tryed on both firefox and ie6 to dl this. When I try and load the file from my desktop it tells me it's an invalid win32 program, even if I try and run as admin, if I try and run it from firefox' dl window, it says it needs an external program to run it and I get an external protocol error.
help? |

See this big blue message? There's another big blue message if you scroll up and it points you to where you need to go. These are hash links to files on the network and you can't download the files unless you already have eMule (or similar client) already installed. |

Hi eMuler! :-)
I just installed a new PC for myself, running SuSe Linux 9.1.
Like my old (and still running) PC, that runs Win2K, I would like the new PC to run eMule.
I searched in the whole eMule site but found no topic about Linux... :-(
Now my question is: does an eMule version for Linux exist? If it does, where can I find it?

everything posted on this site is for ED2k liunks only, it is obviously intended for download VIA THE EMULE CLIENT dont think they provide the client or the other files, that takes too much space. |

To download, you have to go to http://www.emule-project.net/home/perl/general.cgi?l=1&rm=download - then just click download below "Installer v0.42e". Just as spifficus described ;) |

Just go to the side menu and click download. Once the little summary pops up, DO NOT CLICK ON THE ED2K LINKS. Click on the "download" link right under the description of which type u want..its seems to work. |

I'm running on XP, have the old version installed and I have downloaded all hotfixes, but when I tried to install the 042d installer, I got the following message on the MS DOS Subsystem box:
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. Choose close to terminate application.
What should I do? Could anybody help please. Thanks.
